Treatment Plans

• Search the list on the LEFT panel. and left-click on a Category.
• The MIDDLE panel will change to reflect the Category and populates with a list of questions: Appearance, Location, Size etc.
• Left-clicking on Appearance populates the RIGHT panel with possible answers: Bulla. Desquamate, Ecchymosis, etc.

For example:
If the lesion you detected was an ulcer, scroll down to Ulcer and left click it. Notice how the text [Ulcer] appears next to the word Appearance in the MIDDLE panel? The gray square changes to GREEN indicating that there is data in this field.
